After months of researching, analysing and planning. The Huxley opened their doors on Tuesday 22nd of January at 12pm.

The team behind The Huxley recognised an opportunity to bring something new to Edinburgh in terms of a new venue for Edinburgh where being social is the key – to create a buzz, an ambience and experience that is uniquely appealing to their customers.

The Huxley offers all the same comfort you would expect from home but with the bonus of great food and drinks being served to you. The food menu at The Huxley is inspired by international dishes with a Scottish twist, all dishes are made using local independent suppliers a true reflection of being social at the heart of business.

The drinks menu includes some alternatives to the usual drinks behind the bars in Edinburgh including beers, wines and spirits which are a little bit different right down to how they mixed, shaken and poured.
