At The Huxley, we don’t just serve big juicy burgers and fab hot dogs, we are open from 8am serving some of Edinburgh’s best breakfasts too! We have your work days and morning meetings sorted with homemade granola and freshly baked pastries providing lighter options for those manic mornings that you can’t afford to be leisurely. We now do take away coffee too so you can sip on something hot and delicious while you’re on your way! For those mornings when nothing will sort you out quite like a Full Scottish, sink into one of our comfy seats with a Bloody Mary while you wait- watch the world go by, listen to some retro tunes and before you know it you’ll be ready to face the day!
